Step-by-step guide to canceling your OneBudget subscription

Canceling Your Subscription
We're sorry to see you go! Here's how to cancel your OneBudget Premium subscription.
Web Subscriptions
If you subscribed through our website:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
iOS (App Store)
If you subscribed through the App Store:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find OneBudget and tap it
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Confirm when prompted
Alternatively, from OneBudget:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap Manage on App Store
- Follow the prompts to cancel
Android (Google Play)
If you subscribed through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon (top right)
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find OneBudget and tap it
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the prompts
Alternatively, from OneBudget:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap Manage on Google Play
- Follow the prompts to cancel
What Happens After Canceling?
When you cancel:
- Premium features stay active until your current period ends
- Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted
- Free features remain available forever
- You can resubscribe anytime to restore premium
After Your Subscription Ends
When premium expires:
- Only 1 account will continue syncing (additional accounts pause but data is kept)
- Custom categories revert to defaults
- Advanced features become locked
- Your transaction history remains intact
Reactivating Premium
Changed your mind? You can resubscribe anytime:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap Upgrade to Premium
- Complete payment
- All your data and settings are restored instantly
