Our Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with OneBudget. If you're not satisfied, here's how refunds work.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first premium payment. No questions asked.
To request a refund:
- Email support@onebudget.ai
- Include your account email
- Tell us you'd like a refund
- We'll process it within 2-3 business days
Refunds After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer refunds for:
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Extenuating circumstances
How to Request a Refund
Web Subscriptions
Email support@onebudget.ai with:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request
- When you subscribed
App Store (iOS)
Apple handles App Store refunds directly:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the OneBudget charge
- Request a refund
Apple reviews refund requests and makes the final decision.
Google Play (Android)
Google handles Play Store refunds:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account
- Click Order history
- Find your OneBudget subscription
- Click Request a refund
Google reviews refund requests and makes the final decision.
Processing Time
- Web subscriptions: 2-3 business days
- App Store: Up to 48 hours (Apple's timeline)
- Google Play: Up to 48 hours (Google's timeline)
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
What About Partial Refunds?
If you cancel mid-subscription:
- Web: No partial refund, but you keep premium until period ends
- App Store: Apple's policy applies
- Google Play: Google's policy applies
Accidentally Subscribed?
If you subscribed by mistake:
- Contact us immediately at support@onebudget.ai
- We'll process a refund and cancel your subscription
- This is easiest to resolve within 24 hours of purchase
